About the Position:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Upsell and promote products, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, staying up-to-date on new releases and features
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
- Perform opening and closing duties, including stockroom organization, visual merchandising, and equipment operation
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with regular bending, stooping, and reaching
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
