Job Overview

This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt and professional support and coordination.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within Customer Service/Call Centre or similar roles and possess strong communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal and administrative abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and respond to inbound phone calls regarding resolving customer issues, delivery times, quotes, general/first level technical product information, samples, and other general enquiries.
  • Maintain internal email mailbox.
  • Order entry on SAP.
  • Process invoices and credits.
  • Liaise with freight providers for delivery coordination.
  • Provide assistance to Sales and Logistics teams.

Requirements
  • Previous experience within Customer Service/Call Centre or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service principles.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, with a can-do attitude.

  • Excellent computer skills/administrative skills.
