Customer Service Liaison

About the Role:
DSV is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal and external customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and Teams.
- Source rates and complete quotations for customers, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Identify and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Enter data into CW1 and produce reports as required, ensuring all customer details are maintained and up-to-date.
- Ensure all bookings are made through Order Manager - CW1, and all quotations are created in CW1.
About You:
- Experience in a customer service role within the logistics industry.
- Experience using CargoWise One is highly desirable.
