Job Title: Crisis Support Specialist

About the Role:
  • Provide prompt assistance to clients with medical alarms, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
  • Respond to emergency situations, including activations of medical alarms and general troubleshooting.
  • Communicate critical information to emergency services, facilitating timely interventions.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to established protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and active listening.
  • Proven experience in customer service, with a strong focus on building rapport.
  • Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and excellent computer literacy.
  • Possess a first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one.
Flexibility and Work-Life Balance:

This is a 24/7 operation requiring flexible scheduling, including weekend and evening shifts. Employees are eligible for penalty rates for unsociable hours. Hybrid working arrangements are available for fully trained staff.
