We are seeking a collaborative professional with lived experience of mental health challenges and strong leadership skills to lead the evaluation, reporting and strategic development of crisis support spaces.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen crisis support spaces across Metro South Health.
- Provide operational support to the lived experience workforce.
- Supervise and mentor members of the social inclusion and recovery leadership team.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders to advance the lived experience workforce and support the Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Service (MSAMHS) Crisis Support Spaces.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Lived or living experience of mental health challenges, substance use challenges, service use and recovery, or caring for someone with these experiences.
- Proven experience in leading and delivering projects with measurable outcomes.
- High-level strategic, analytical and report-writing skills.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
