Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage a client portfolio, providing rehabilitation support with flexible work options and a strong team culture.

  • Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients with psychological or physical injuries.
  • Initial assessments and identifying suitable goals will be a significant part of the role.
  • The ideal candidate will identify barriers preventing clients from returning to work and provide solutions.
  • Organising appropriate interventions with stakeholders and providing vocational counselling will be essential skills.
  • Attending medical appointments with clients and completing reports after assessments and meetings is crucial.
  • Effective communication with medical professionals regarding diagnoses and treatment will also be required.
  • Facilitating a safe and timely graduated return to work will be a key outcome.
  • Documenting case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements is mandatory.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4th year Psychology Graduate status.
  • Associate or Full membership with ASORC as a Rehabilitation Counsellor.
  • Registration with AHPRA as a Provisional Psychologist or Psychologist.
  • A valid Driver's license and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
