Job Description

Our multidisciplinary team is seeking an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist to join us as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

Your role will involve conducting assessments and developing effective rehabilitation plans to support individuals in regaining their independence and achieving their goals in life and work.

  • Conducting activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments
  • Developing and implementing intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity
  • Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
Qualifications and Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
  • Registration with either AHPRA or ESSA
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes
  • Confidence working independently in the community
  • Driver's licence and vehicle required
