We are seeking an experienced Employment Consultant to join our team and make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
The role involves working closely with stakeholders, including employers and job seekers, to deliver tailored employment solutions. As an Employment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and securing employment opportunities, supporting job seekers to become job ready, and delivering quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, empathy, and a can-do approach. You will also require a current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle. If you have a background in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration, you may find this role appealing.
