Job Overview

This role plays a vital part in maximising leasing income and delivering occupancy targets across Build to Rent assets.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and exceed leasing targets through effective strategies and initiatives.
  • Coordinate site inspections with the asset team to drive excellence in presentation, performance, and safety standards.
  • Conduct property tours with prospective customers, highlighting the value proposition and aligning with customer service principles.
  • Negotiate new lease agreements and renewals, ensuring accurate data input and timely reporting.
  • Audit leasing data to inform insightful commentary and drive business decisions.
  • Develop leasing marketing materials, maintaining accuracy and consistency across all channels.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, meeting internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to project working groups, driving tangible outcomes for the division.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure system integrity, efficient information flow, and portfolio-wide excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and research, identifying opportunities to drive growth.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate or sales industry.
  • Proven success in creating and driving leads, achieving targets, and managing relationships.
  • Commercial acumen, IT proficiency, and relevant certifications (Real Estate Agent or Assistant Agent Licence).
  • Strong analytical, report writing, organisational, and communication skills.
