Financial Services and Client Support Specialist

This role provides critical support to clients by handling inquiries and processing administrative tasks, including payments and documentation. The incumbent is responsible for contributing to key performance indicators within the Financial Services team.
The Income Administration Officer plays a crucial role in timely and accurate incapacity processing activities, determining earnings and supporting debt recovery functions. They are also responsible for processing Claim for Time off Work forms and contribute to key performance indicators for the Income Support team.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Ability to provide excellent client support and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with claims processing and payment systems
- Detailed knowledge of income support policies and procedures
