Job Summary

This administrative support position is responsible for providing assistance to the Claims Management Group, specifically in financial and client services. The successful candidate will contribute to achieving key performance indicators for their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client support functions including handling claims calls, administrative tasks, and processing claim documentation.
  • Undertake incapacity processing activities such as determining simple normal weekly earnings/hours, processing Claim for Time off Work forms, and supporting debt recovery functions.
  • Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators for their respective team.
Eligibility and Conditions of Employment
  • Character clearance (police records check).
  • Health clearance.
  • Probationary period for new engagements.
  • Security Clearance: Baseline.
