Senior Data Platform Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Platform Specialist to lead our data platform initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our Snowflake data platform to ensure seamless integration and deployment across our data pipelines.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or Data Engineering, with a strong focus on Snowflake.
- Expertise in Snowflake architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Snowflake using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with ETL/ELT processes.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with data integration tools such as Apache Airflow, Talend, or Informatica.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize our Snowflake data platform.
- Lead the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for Snowflake.
- Ensure seamless integration and deployment across our data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data platform initiatives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for data platform components.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data engineering and DevOps.
Requirements
