Cloud Data Platform Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled commercial data platform specialist to join our team in the ANZ region. This is a mid-senior level sales role that involves selling Oracle's cloud data platform solutions to new and existing customers.

 

  • Sales Strategy & Lead Generation:
    • Create and execute targeted strategies to identify and engage new business opportunities for Oracle Data platform Cloud and license solutions across multiple industries.
    • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to generate leads through customer engagement, networking, attending events, and leveraging online channels.
    • Qualify and prioritize leads to engage the most promising prospects for Oracle Data platform solutions.
    • Develop and maintain account management plans within the defined territory.
  • Customer Engagement :
    • Build strong relationships with business and technical decision-makers using a consultative approach to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements regarding data platform management.
    • Provide tailored solutions by promoting Oracle's suite of data platform cloud solutions (e.g., Oracle Autonomous Database, Oracle Exadata Cloud) and on-premises database licenses.
    • Collaborate with customers to address specific pain points, such as scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization.
  • Product Demonstrations:
    • Master and showcase the features and benefits of Oracle's data platform cloud and license solutions to potential customers.
