The Data Platform Specialist Lead plays a crucial role in shaping the data platform's go-to-market strategy, aligning it with the overall NCS strategy. This role involves defining the service catalogue within the Data Platform area, tracking capability metrics, and establishing standards and best practices for the data and AI practice.

Furthermore, the role involves leading the Data Platform team, providing strategies for capability uplift aligned with market opportunities, and offering service delivery oversight and guidance. The Data Platform Specialist Lead also contributes significantly to team members' recruitment, development, and engagement, fostering a high-performing team environment.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience is a similar role leading a data platform capability
- Proven experience leading initiatives in data platform consulting or professional services environment
- Experience leading projects in large multi-vendor environments
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
- Solid sales and commercial acumen
- Deep understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership Skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, problem-solve, and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills using tact and sensitivity.
- Results driven and resilient under pressure.
