Job Overview

As a site supervisor, you will oversee the erection of balance of plant mechanical systems. Your tasks will include planning and optimizing work scope, preparing installation work packages, participating in the development of optimization methods for assembly, requesting material and tooling, analyzing and identifying potential safety and quality risks, mitigating in planning and execution, effectively communicating work plans with subcontractors, monitoring and reporting progress, identifying non-conformities and providing recommendations for corrective actions, proactively identifying, reporting and documenting scope deviation, risks and chances, collecting One Point Lessons (OPL) and reporting improvement opportunities, reviewing subcontractor's labor, materials, and equipment, establishing a safe working environment, and supporting the site team with the quality management system.
