Project Coordinator Job Description

As a key member of the project team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of large-scale construction projects. Your expertise in planning and monitoring will be instrumental in ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

Purpose of the Role

The Project Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing project plans and schedules, facilitating their implementation, monitoring progress, and reporting on deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage detailed programmes in Oracle P6 and other software.
  • Ensure accurate and timely progress of works at site is uploaded in FGJV systems.
  • Collaborate in the development and update of internal and contractual programmes in P6.
  • Compile, analyse, and process schedules and forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain weekly dashboards and reports.
  • Participate in the LEAN planning process and contribute to time impact analysis.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or similar tertiary qualification.
  • White Card.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience working in the construction industry in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of Autodesk Autocad and high proficiency in Oracle P6 software.
  • Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
  • A sound understanding of safety protocols and ability to focus under pressure.
