The Site Administrator plays a crucial role in coordinating indirect purchases with site teams, purchasing teams, and suppliers.

  • Collaborate with site teams to understand purchasing needs and budgets.
  • Identify vendors with procurement teams.
  • Process purchasing requisitions through online platforms.
  • Expedite orders with suppliers for timely delivery.
  • Maintain purchase records for accurate cost tracking.
  • Promptly address shortages of purchased items.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Receive goods.
  • Track KPIs for effective project cost control.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned.

Your Profile:

  • Office administration certificate or relevant education/experience combination.
  • Demonstrated experience in site purchasing administration for large construction projects. Australian market experience is desirable.
  • You must be a collaborative team player with a customer- and people-oriented approach, accountable, and solution-driven.
  • You should be fully computer literate with Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word).
  • SAP knowledge is desirable.
  • You must have effective communication skills in English in an international team environment.
