Job Opportunity: Communications Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communications Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of change within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop multifaceted communications strategies to support business priorities and communicate critical messages relating to initiatives and service delivery.
  • Assist in implementing communications aspects of projects, including stakeholder and impact assessment, engagement, communication, training, support, and business readiness to embed required business change.
  • Consult and liaise with key stakeholders, business sponsors, and project partners to ensure their needs are incorporated in communications and engagement strategies and plans.
  • Evaluate and review communications tactics and strategies to determine outcomes of specific initiatives to aid future planning and activity.
Requirements:
  • Experience in communications aspects of projects, including stakeholder and impact assessment, engagement, communication, training, support, and business readiness to embed required business change.
  • Capable of building relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to confidently collaborate with a diverse range of customers, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Positive attitude and ability to deliver on large, complex objectives in a changing environment.
