We are seeking a high-calibre Sales Management professional to spearhead our Broome Production and Sales business unit. Reporting to the WA State Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales and market share, developing new customers, and nurturing existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a small, collaborative sales and manufacturing team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Requirements
- A background gained within the building products/construction/engineering or related fields, in a Sales or commercial capacity.
