The Roster Coordinator role requires the development and maintenance of staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts, considering qualifications, preferences and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain staff schedules to meet care requirements of residents and optimise workforce management.
- Handle requests for shift changes, leave or time off and arrange suitable replacements to maintain staffing levels.
- Maintain effective communication with staff to inform them of schedules, shift changes and any updates or important information related to their work.
- Collaborate with facility management to align staffing needs.
- Ability to manage rostering and team member allocations.
- Experience using employee scheduling software.
- Adaptable and motivated to learn.
