Scheduling/Roster Coordinator

You will utilize your exceptional people skills and passion for helping clients to assist in the scheduling of rosters and handle daily shift/schedule changes as required.

**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and oversee all rostering and scheduling tasks
- Ensure all rostering and scheduling requests are efficiently managed in consultation with participants and care teams
- Promote a positive and professional image of the organization to internal and external stakeholders, providing exemplary customer service
- Exercise sensitivity and confidentiality in supporting internal and external stakeholders, treating each client with dignity and respect
- Maintain high levels of communication with all internal and external customers
- Participate in a rotating on-call roster outside of normal business hours
- Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure safety in the workplace
- Provide reports in a timely manner as requested by your line manager or delegate
- Collaborate with other team members and contribute to the development and operation of an efficient and effective NDIS Team & Disability Service
- Perform other duties as required by your line manager or delegate
**Requirements:**
- Demonstrate a high attention to detail to produce a high-quality standard of work
- Show the ability to solve problems efficiently when dealing with shift allocation scenarios
- Have experience in managing multiple customer enquiries and prioritizing competing priorities
- Exhibit strong administrative skills within a fast-paced and changing environment
- Demonstrate sound time management and a calm, confident communication style
- Show a strong customer-focused approach to care
- Be able to work effectively within a team to ensure resources meet client demand
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain organizational compliance
- Display thinking/negotiating/problem-solving skills
- Have a sound understanding and knowledge of the Disability industry (desirable)
- Hold at least one year of experience working as a roster coordinator or similar role
