A reputable organization seeks a highly organized and professional individual to fill the role of Staff Scheduler.
This position is responsible for scheduling staff to provide a reliable and consistent service to participants, while also providing administrative support to other areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare schedules in accordance with organizational structures.
- Utilize software to create and update schedules, taking into consideration worker availability, client preferences, and travel time.
- Monitor and manage changes in schedules, including cancellations, rescheduling, and emergency requests.
- Perform administrative activities related to managing the schedule, including but not limited to inputting and updating staff attendance preferences.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of staff timesheets.
- Collaborate with payroll officers to reconcile timesheets on a regular basis.
- Maintain daily schedule vacancies.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a scheduling or staff coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
Requirements:
- Experience utilizing specific software is a must.
- Preferably applicants with experience dealing with similar organizations.
- Must have clearance and undergo background checks.
- Able to obtain and maintain necessary certifications.
