Leading organisations in the Australian healthcare industry continually seek experts who can ensure compliance with industry regulations.
This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, particularly those related to Community Service Obligation (CSO) and state-based laws.
The Compliance Lead will be responsible for:
- Maintaining relationships with National Ethicals Teams and other regulatory bodies
- Providing support to Distribution and Fulfilment Centres in adhering to regulatory requirements
- Managing product selection across DCs/FCs
- Monitoring Cold Chain Compliance
- Reporting expiry stock projections to the Wholesale and Retail Team
To excel in this position, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in FMCG Supply Chain
- Strong analytical skills, expertise in data analytics, MS Word, Excel, SAP, and Manhattan (WMS)
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and Warehousing, logistics/Supply Chain processes
- Demonstrated knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements relative to the pharmaceutical industry and product ranging processes
- The ability to prioritise and mitigate issues impacting service, safety, culture, or cost
