Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Compliance Specialist

Support the Advancement of Warehouse Compliance:

  • Manage and review compliance documentation to support efficient warehouse processes.
  • Review SOPs for site warehouse functions to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.
  • Develop and revise training modules for supply chain associates in collaboration with the Supply Chain Director.
  • Support warehouse specialists by managing documentation for cycle counting and peaking activities.
  • Handle sample movement documentation within company standards.
  • Manage deviations in the warehouse, working closely with the Warehouse Operations Lead and QA/QC team.
  • Oversee GMP requirements for the warehouse, proposing actionable steps for ongoing readiness and compliance.
  • Conduct export control for outbound shipments abroad, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and manage alarms (e.g., freezer alarms), addressing deviations as required.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation and high standards.
  • Leverage digital tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts with a proactive attitude.
  • Perform additional duties to support supply chain objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
