Establishing and maintaining effective compliance processes is a critical component of our operations. We are seeking a Compliance Lead to play a key role in enhancing our company's performance in this area.

The successful candidate will oversee the management of product selection across our distribution centres, focusing on optimising efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring customers receive the right products from their local DC. This involves collaborating with teams to adhere to regulatory requirements, preparing for audits, and maintaining relationships with relevant bodies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing product selection and inventory control
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • Supporting teams in adhering to regulatory requirements

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG supply chain, preferably in pharmaceutical or retail environments
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analytics, MS Word, Excel, SAP, and Manhattan (WMS)
  • Experience in warehousing, logistics, and supply chain with familiarity with industry-specific regulations
