Job Title:

Colour Matcher Technician

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Colour Matcher Lab Technician to join our team in a full-time role. This exciting opportunity plays a key role in developing and maintaining our colour capabilities for the industrial and protective coatings market.

The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in colour matching and formulation, preferably within the coatings industry. With a strong eye for colour and an analytical mindset, you'll enjoy working independently while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update formulations and the colour database.
  • Match and create new colour formulations for protective coatings, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the development of factory-packaged colours and investigate colour-related complaints.
  • Provide technical colour advice and solutions to internal stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:
