Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations
- Manage the front desk team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Guest Services
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services and amenities.
- Hotel Security
- Ensure the security of the hotel and its guests, including monitoring CCTV cameras and responding to any security incidents.
- Maintain a high level of awareness about potential security risks and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
- Financial Management
- Manage the hotel's cash handling and banking procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial reports and reconciliations.
- Team Management
- Supervise and motivate the front desk team to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Communication
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of awareness about hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
