Key Role:

This full-time permanent opportunity allows experienced sales individuals to join our high-performing team as an Oncology Business Specialist based in NSW, covering Sydney and NSW North territory.

You will utilize your prior experience to achieve sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients.

Liaise with Oncology professionals and key customers to execute sales and marketing strategies.

Develop and implement territory plans to accomplish short and long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion excellence in customer experience and patient outcomes while representing Astellas products
  • Actively monitor and analyze market data to determine territory performance and identify opportunities
  • Liaise across accounts and other diverse channels
  • Report on sales, activity, and territory performance as required by territory plans

Requirements:

Hospital Specialist or Key Account representative experience

Ability to think strategically

Effective communication skills

Proven successful relationship-building with key healthcare professionals

Ability to retain and utilize clinical knowledge

Preferred Requirements:

Prior Oncology and/or Urology experience highly preferred

Working knowledge of the hospital and prostate cancer environment
