Salesforce Health Solution Expert

Join a team of healthcare professionals in designing and delivering innovative Salesforce solutions to improve patient outcomes.

This role demands strategic leadership, hands-on design, and collaboration with healthcare providers, payers, and regulators. You will shape the future of healthcare delivery by leveraging capabilities such as Omniscript, Care Plans, Health Timeline, Care Programs, and Patient Communities.

  • Lead end-to-end architecture of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with stringent healthcare regulations.
  • Design secure architectures aligned with FHIR and HL7 standards, Australian healthcare privacy laws, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Integrate Health Cloud with EMR/EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Allscripts) using MuleSoft or API frameworks.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to define business, functional, and technical architectures.
  • Provide architectural governance ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, and maintainability standards.
  • Mentor consultants, developers, and other architects on healthcare solution best practices.
About the Role:

The ideal candidate has experience working with Australian public or private healthcare providers. A deep understanding of healthcare operations, data models, terminology, and compliance frameworks is essential. Integration experience with EMR/EHR systems and background in healthcare digital transformation initiatives are also beneficial.
