Job Title: Career Accelerator - Healthcare Solutions Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Career Accelerator to join our team as a Healthcare Solutions Expert. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by developing and executing strategic account plans, fostering long-term relationships, and contributing to the growth and retention of our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience managing healthcare accounts and 3-5 years' experience within the IT health and/or pharmaceutical industry. A Bachelor's degree in business or health sciences is also required.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet customer objectives and company goals.
  • Foster long-term relationships with assigned clients through regular communication, training, and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop solutions to drive retention and growth.
  • Regularly review and refine processes to optimize client engagement and adoption.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Sciences.
  • Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience managing healthcare accounts.
  • 3-5 years of experience within the IT health and/or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strategic planning and execution.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Project management.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of ISO and audits.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Atlassian products (JIRA & Confluence).
