Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our HR team and internal stakeholders to evaluate current learning and development needs and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Drive training and behavioral programs to promote leadership development and continuous improvement.
- Raise awareness of our Learning Management System (LMS) and support broader Employee Engagement initiatives.
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
- Support the development of a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Learning and Development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to coach and manage changes effectively. They should have a positive attitude, high energy, and a strong work ethic. A problem-solving mindset and excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities are also highly desirable.
