We are seeking a dynamic and organized Recruitment/HR Admin to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- 365 Recruitment Support: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring each step is followed and all approvals are in place before moving forward. This includes handling job applications, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews and trials, and maintaining accurate records throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Screening and Coordinating Interviews/Trials: Provide support with shortlisting, setting up interviews, and coordinating trials to find the best fits for our clients. This may involve developing interview questions, scheduling interviews, and facilitating trial periods.
- Crafting Job Ads: Utilize creativity to write engaging job ads when needed, highlighting the unique aspects of our clients' businesses and attracting top talent.
- General Administration Support: Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks, including onboarding new starters, communicating with teams, and maintaining organizational systems.
