What You Can Expect

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will leverage your expertise to drive sales growth within your area. Your leadership skills will inspire your team, setting and monitoring goals to ensure success. By facilitating communication between the sales team and internal departments, you will translate corporate updates into actionable insights for your team. Your role in maintaining compliance with corporate policies ensures the integrity and effectiveness of our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guiding your team to achieve annual sales targets, both team-wide and for individual territories.
  • Regular performance assessments and coaching.
  • Analysis of monthly sales results and trends to identify business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration with internal departments to secure resources and information needed by the sales team.
  • Management of financial resources, including promotional expenses.
  • Completion of required reports and coordination of external meetings and trade displays.

Requirements

  • A strong working knowledge of medical devices and competitor products.
  • Medical device sales and/or sales management experience.
  • A relevant Business or Science degree or equivalent compensating work experience.
  • Proven experience in analysing sales data, interpreting trends, and developing strategic responses.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, coach, and manage a sales team, driving high performance and engagement.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex information into easily understood terms.
  • Commitment to the highest standards of patient safety, quality, and integrity in all business practices.
