Overview

Real Estate Sales Associate to High-Performing Director – Wollongong / Illawarra

Location: Wollongong / Illawarra
Salary: Base $70,000 – $80,000 + Uncapped Commissions (negotiated based on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday with one rostered weekday off

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Associate to join a well-established and respected agency with over 30 years of experience, operating across two modern offices in Wollongong and the wider Illawarra region. This is a pure sales role with clear progression into a stand-alone Sales Agent position, tailored to your pace and goals. You will work closely with an experienced Director who will provide ongoing mentorship, support, and coaching to accelerate your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with vendors and buyers to deliver exceptional client service
  • Conduct open homes, private inspections, and assist with auctions
  • Actively prospect for new listings through warm and cold calling
  • Prepare and deliver accurate market appraisals
  • Maintain and grow your client database with timely follow-ups
  • Support the Director in various sales-related tasks and campaigns
Skills and Experience Required
  • Previous experience in real estate sales
  • Current Certificate of Registration
  • Reliable vehicle for travel within the Wollongong and Illawarra areas
  • Strong communication skills and professional presentation
  • Positive, motivated, and coachable attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
