Senior Sales Leader

Oversee daily sales operations and prepare monthly reports to inform strategic decisions. Identify new customers, build strong relationships, and lead sales teams to achieve targets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new customers from the local area.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Build rapport with long-term business partners.
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, negotiation, and delivery.
  • Promote company products and services to ensure successful introductions.
  • Attend industry events and meetings as required.
  • Lead a team of sales consultants to consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Develop innovative sales strategies and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain focus on business performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion a culture prioritizing customer loyalty and NPS.
  • Collaborate across departments for seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

  • Proven sales management experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency in computer systems and database management.
  • Highly professional approach with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to supervise, mentor, and motivate sales personnel.

  • Goal-driven mindset with organizational skills.
  • Manual Driver's License (Motor Salesperson/Dealer License preferred).
