Job Description

As a seasoned professional in business banking, you will be responsible for developing and deepening relationships with small businesses. Your expertise will be essential in providing comprehensive financial solutions to help these businesses grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire, develop, and deepen advice-led relationships with small businesses.
  • Provide financial solutions including credit, deposits, and treasury services.
  • Represent the bank in the community and proactively seek new small business relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a financial institution.
  • Proven success in sales and sales management.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with credit, risk, compliance, and operations specialists.
