Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Corporate Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to our Executive Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support with a wide range of duties, including:

  • Providing executive administration support to Senior Leaders.
  • Working closely with Senior Management at an Executive Level liaising extensively with internal staff, external customers, and vendors.
  • Managing meeting schedules, agendas, and minutes.
  • Diary and calendar management and planning.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Assisting with sponsorship programs including invoicing and budget requests.
  • Supporting research groups regarding health, safety, and environmental matters.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have sound experience working for multiple Directors in a corporate organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and accurately. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are also essential.

  • Able to work independently and accurately.
  • Experienced in multitasking, time management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Sound MS Office Skills, Word, Excel.
  • Concur expense experience highly desirable.
