Administration Officer

### Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer / Accounts Assistant to join our team at JJ's Waste & Recycling. As a key member of our depot operations team, you will provide efficient day-to-day accounts administration support to our team in the Victorian region.
### Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high standards of customer service, effectively managing requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Liaise with drivers, sales representatives, and management regarding day-to-day service
* Provide experience and capability of using databases and document systems; able to follow processes and procedures
* Process high volumes of data entry
* Process confidential documentation accurately, efficiently, and within required timeframes
* Maintain national accounts and liaise with subcontractors
* Create and maintain supplier information / end-to-end management of subcontractor invoices
* Batch, code, and key supplier invoices
* Reconcile and identify supplier invoices due for payment
* Process remittances onto customer accounts
* Perform account reconciliations, including credits, funds transfers, and bad debts
* Ad-hoc duties associated with being part of a dynamic and evolving company
### Requirements
* Practical knowledge of the Windows Office Suite, particularly Excel
* Previous experience in Sales Administration, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Banking, and Purchasing would be advantageous
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrate the ability to build rapport and relationships with all stakeholders
* Excellent data entry skills and an eye for detail

* Experience in transport, logistics, or service industry - highly regarded but not essential
