At the Sydney Tower Eye, we're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Host. Your primary role will involve delivering exceptional guest service and creating unforgettable experiences for our visitors.

About the Role

This is a casual position that requires you to be adaptable, comfortable working at heights, and able to work in all types of weather. You'll need to have at least 3 days availability and be able to work as early as 9am and as late as 9:30pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and assist with sales at the admissions entry point
  • Sell products at our gift shop and F&B store
  • Prepare coffee and tea
  • Run SKYWALK tours from Sydney's Ultimate Viewpoint independently
  • Take memorable photos of our guests on SKYWALK using a DSLR camera
  • Operate Virtual Reality simulator experience
  • Run engaging tours on our Observation Deck independently

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and maintain a high level of energy throughout your shift.
