This role is an opportunity to make a lasting impression on our clients and visitors. As the ambassador of first impressions, you will welcome guests, issue access cards, assist colleagues, and liaise with couriers at our Sydney office.

About the Position

You will be the go-to person for any questions the team may have and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Duties
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to queries in a timely and efficient way
  • Handle mail and coordinate courier services to ensure seamless communication
  • Maintain meeting rooms to ensure they are tidy and presentable for each meeting
  • Assist security with access passes and maintain a secure environment
  • Order office and kitchen supplies to support the smooth operation of the office
  • Perform administrative tasks as required to support the team
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service
  • A proactive and switched-on attitude to meet the demands of this fast-paced role
  • Presentation skills and effective communication abilities to engage with colleagues and clients
  • Previous reception experience is desirable but not essential
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and potentially take on a permanent role
