Job Title: Experience Ambassador

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and people-oriented individual to join our team as an Experience Ambassador. This is a permanent, full-time position that will require you to work onsite in Sydney CBD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception Management: Maintain a high standard of presentation at reception, ensuring all areas are clean, presentable, and stocked with supplies as needed.
  • Onboarding: Manage the office onboarding process for new starters, coordinating with IT and other departments to ensure a smooth start.
  • First Impressions: Present a professional and friendly image to visitors, managing the Visitor Management System as required.
  • HR System Requests: Deliver resolution of all Tier 1 requests within defined SLAs, reviewing and assessing personal performance to continuously improve.
  • Reporting: Perform reporting in ServiceNow to analyze key trends and themes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining Knowledge Articles: Create, review, and update knowledge articles within ServiceNow to support team members and leaders.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure visitors and new starters comply with safety inductions on arrival.
  • Customer Service: Provide engaging and personable customer service experiences when responding to enquiries and actioning employment document requests.
  • People Experience Projects: Support or lead initiatives while balancing day-to-day activities, including employee journeys and service transformation projects.
About You:
  • You must have experience using ServiceNow.
  • You also need a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • A strong background in customer service, business partnering, and communication skills is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years' customer service experience is required.
  • You should be passionate about providing exceptional experiences and possess excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • You will be responsible for making sound decisions and acting quickly to implement action plans.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are necessary.
