As a Host at Veriu Central, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and supported throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service at all touchpoints, including check-in, check-out, and during their stay
  • Resolve complaints and problems creatively
  • Be a local ambassador, offering advice and recommendations to guests on key points of interest
  • Respond to emergency situations safely and professionally
  • Identify opportunities to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Support the hotel team to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Approved working rights in Australia
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Experience in customer service roles
