Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality and accurate tourist information to visitors.">
  • Support and guide the volunteer Sydney Ambassadors through training, knowledge sharing, and operational assistance.">
  • Manage the cruise meet & greet service, oversee special events visitor service areas, and ensure that the volunteer Ambassadors are well-supported during their shifts.">

Requirements:

  • Sound geographical knowledge of Sydney, New South Wales, and key tourist destinations.">
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in delivering high-quality visitor services.">
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate, train, and provide guidance to volunteer teams.">
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with local events, procedures, and visitor information.">
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day roster across various operational hours, including the Visitor Centre, Roaming Ambassador program, and special events programs.">
