Vendito is seeking a results-driven professional to drive growth and success in the premium materials and design industry. As our new Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Strategic Leadership:** Partner with the State Manager to develop and implement a forward-thinking business strategy aimed at capturing new opportunities and enhancing our market position. Inspire and lead your team to exceed growth targets while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

**Business Development:** Drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building. Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve client engagement and loyalty, ensuring a superior customer experience.

**Market Analysis:** Utilize advanced CRM tools to track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity. Use these insights to refine business strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

**Financial Management:** Oversee budget development and management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficient resource utilization to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

**Compensation Package:**

**Salary:** Competitive base salary starting at $110,000 per annum.

**Superannuation:** Additional contribution.

**Bonus:** Performance-based bonus structure.

**Car Allowance:** Includes fuel card and e-tag for business use.

**Work Environment:**

This full-time role is based in South Brisbane, offering hybrid work flexibility. Expect regular travel within the state and occasional interstate trips as you work closely with a dedicated and passionate team committed to achieving excellence.

**Qualifications:**

Proven track record in business development and sales leadership, preferably within the construction or building materials sector.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaborative teamwork and strategic relationship management.
