Job Description

This role is part of the APH Catering and Events Team, responsible for delivering high-quality catering and events services at Australian Parliament House. Key stakeholders include building occupants, other parliamentary departments, parliamentarians, corporate clients, vendors, professional conference organizers, and the general public.

The successful candidate will be required to maintain records of sales enquiries and bookings, ensure accurate invoicing, gather event feedback, and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. They will also be expected to provide prompt and accurate information regarding event venues and catering services offered at Australian Parliament House.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated relevant experience in multi-purpose events and catering, restaurant or hotel venues with high-end delivery.
  • Qualifications in events field or equivalent relevant qualifications/experience are highly desirable.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Vetting (Protected/Restricted) security clearance.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $77,719 - $84,450 per annum, commensurate with experience and location.
