Team Leader Position Overview

This is a leadership role that involves coaching, mentoring, and guiding a team of operations officers to deliver operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years' leadership experience in financial services or a related industry with strong capability in workforce planning, resource management, coaching, and performance uplift to drive team and organizational outcomes.

In addition, the successful applicant will possess solid working knowledge of home settlement platforms including PEXA, exposure to Dye & Durham and Lend Fast would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coach, mentor, and lead a team of operations officers to deliver operational excellence.
  2. Monitor and evaluate team performance, oversee, guide, and direct the day-to-day running of the business in line with target performance outcomes.
  3. Closely review team member performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement necessary coaching, training, and development for team members.
  4. Evaluate high levels of customer experience and satisfaction, intervene in any serious or complex complaints, and ensure swift resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' leadership experience in financial services or a related industry.
  • Strong capability in workforce planning, resource management, coaching, and performance uplift to drive team and organizational outcomes.
  • Solid working knowledge of home settlement platforms including PEXA.
  • Exposure to Dye & Durham and Lend Fast would be advantageous.
