Strategic Operations Director

This is a unique opportunity to shape the operational core of a global investment portfolio and contribute to advancing philanthropic objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive day-to-day operational excellence across finance, compliance, service provider management, and reporting.
- Lead the implementation of AI-enabled systems to increase efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, focusing on sustainable growth, risk mitigation, and long-term value creation.
- Serve as a key liaison between the investment committee and external advisors.
- Oversee portfolio reporting, cash flow planning, capital calls, and policy implementation.
- Ensure fiduciary, legal, and tax compliance across a sophisticated structure of trusts, companies, and offshore entities.
- Support the ongoing operations and governance of an active charitable foundation.
- Proven operational and financial expertise - ideally with global exposure.
- A collaborative leadership style grounded in integrity, humility, and sound judgment.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach - comfortable shifting from strategy to execution.
- Strong understanding of investment principles and surrounding governance.
- Discretion, emotional intelligence, and ability to work in service of family values and ambitions.
