Job Title: Team Engagement Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and inspire a team of MSP Talent Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team engagement, performance enablement, workforce planning expertise, operational leadership, and change management agility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • People Leadership – fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration through surveys, feedback, and regular check-ins.
  • Performance Enablement – conducting reviews, delivering training, and creating tailored development plans to uplift team capability.
  • Workforce Planning Expertise – managing onboarding, resource allocation, and ensuring the right coverage across functions and geographies.
  • Operational Leadership – leading a team of MSP Talent Partners & Administrators to consistently deliver against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Change Management Agility – guiding the team through new processes, technologies, and adoption with confidence.
Requirements:
  • Sector Insight – background in local government, public sector, or complex program environments.
  • Change Management Skills – ability to guide teams through new processes, systems, and technologies with confidence.
  • Analytical Mindset – comfort working with data, metrics, and reporting to drive performance and decision-making.
  • Technical Confidence – familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS) or workforce management platforms.
  • Continuous Improvement Drive – passion for streamlining workflows, boosting efficiency, and implementing innovative solutions.
