Job Opportunity

Seeking Experienced Leaders to Oversee Strategic Operations.

The ideal candidate will oversee the management of either:

  1. Lawful Detention Units
  2. Prisoner Progression (Parole Reports and Low Custody Decisions)
  3. Operational Capacities (Practice, Development, and Risk Management)

These roles operate on a rotational basis with opportunities for knowledge sharing and succession planning. This approach supports continuous delivery of critical functions within our organization.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, mentor, and encourage adherence to legislative and procedural provisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing risk and developing mitigation strategies to ensure accuracy and compliance with legislation, policy, and procedures.
  • Developing and managing stakeholder relationships, providing timely advice on complex issues, negotiating outcomes, and maintaining networks.
  • Enhancing service delivery, developing innovative solutions, and monitoring trends to inform future decisions within the unit.
  • Strategic planning and leading change across operational services.

Applications will remain current for 12 months.
