Job Title

The Business Operations Manager role is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and enhancing day-to-day operations across various departments to ensure seamless business functions.

This strategic leader will oversee daily business operations, analyse and optimise processes to boost productivity, efficiency, and quality, collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows and improve communication, develop and manage operational budgets for effective resource allocation, and monitor KPIs and metrics to drive data-informed decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing daily business operations to maintain departmental efficiency and goal alignment.
  • Analysing and optimising processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  • Collaborating with department heads to streamline workflows and improve communication.
  • Developing and managing operational budgets for effective resource allocation.
  • Monitoring KPIs and metrics to drive data-informed decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business operations with strong track record of process management.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

Adaptability and flexibility are essential for this role, as is the ability to navigate change and lead teams through periods of transition or uncertainty.

This role involves working closely with various departments, including Finance, People & Culture, IT, and Customer Success, to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support organisational growth.
